FAQ
Do you work in Excel, Google Sheets, or both?
Both. I can deliver an Excel (.xlsx) file, a CSV, or a shared Google Sheet, whichever you prefer.
Will you change my original data?
No. I always work on a copy and include a change log so you can see what was removed or modified. Removed duplicates can go on a separate tab for your review.
Can you convert scanned documents or photos to Excel?
Yes, if they are clear and typed. Handwritten pages, faded copies, or blurry phone photos need a custom quote, so please send a sample page first.
How do you make sure the data is accurate?
After extraction or cleanup I check the output against the source, compare row counts and totals where they exist, and highlight any unclear value instead of guessing.
How fast is delivery?
Starter packages are delivered in about 2 days, and faster delivery is available as an add-on on Fiverr. Larger jobs are quoted up front with a clear deadline.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Files are used only for your order and deleted on request. Please remove or mask highly sensitive data such as SSNs, medical records, or full bank and card numbers before sending.
How do I hire you or ask a question?
